Choosing the right size jump rope, either on the web or at a store can be tough to do. Even in person, you really can't open up the package and test it at the store. So here is a simple chart to help you decide what size jump rope you need:
| Your Height | Jump Rope Length |
| Up to 4'5" tall | 6 foot |
| 4'5" to 4'10" tall | 7 foot |
| 4'10" to 5'5" tall | 8 foot |
| 5'5" to 6' tall | 9 foot |
| Over 6' tall | 10 foot |
