Order Status Update
This page will tell you the status of your order. Definitions are listed at the bottom of the page. If you have a tracking number listed, you can use that number to track your delivery on our tracking page.

What does your order status mean?
- PAYMENT RECEIVED - Your payment and order were submitted.
- TRANSMITTED TO WAREHOUSE - We have sent your order to our warehouse for fulfilment, packing and shipping. At this point we can no longer cancel your order.
- IN MANUFACTURING - You purchased an item that is built to order. We are building your item(s) and shipping will take place in an average of 2 weeks.
- ON BACK ORDER - One or more items in your order is on back order from one of our suppliers. Your ORDER STATUS and email will hold the approximate in stock date for your order.
- WAITING FOR CUSTOMER RESPONSE - We are waiting to hear back from you in order to answer a question about your order. In most cases, the order will not be filled until we receive your response.
- CUSTOMER ISSUE - You have contacted us with an issue about your order. Your order will remain in this state until we have rectified your issue.
- ORDER SHIPPED - Your order has been shipped. Your order status email will tell you how and when it was shipped and contain tracking information, if available.
- ORDER DELIVERED - Per the tracking information we have for FedEx or UPS, or timeframe based on USPS shipping estimates, your order has reached the deliver address.
